The remarkable thing about these photos is that they were taken with a camera bought for $118. If you look at the quality of them we should realise that one can get top results for little outlay. This is what Ron says. The editor thinks that Ron is a little too modest here; it helps if the photographer knows what he's doing.
Enjoy the ride
Ron and Barbara moved to the island almost 24 years ago. They originally came from the Latrobe Valley where Ron worked as an engineer. Ron is a keen photographer and is well-known for his photos of birds on the island.
