There is a Planning officer in attendance at Paynesville Library/Business Centre
on the first Monday and last Friday of the month.
Please contact Citizen Services Staff at the Paynesville Library/Business Centre to make an appointment.
Meetings can be held in the local office or on site.
Visits outside the scheduled days can also be negotiated.
Need the services of a Justice of the Peace?
There is a JP in attendance at the Paynesville Library/Business on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00am to 1.00 pm.
No appointment necessary.
Do you play Scrabble or Chess?
Every Thursday is Board Games Morning at the Library starting at 10am.
If you don’t play chess or scrabble you may like to bring another game to share.
The Library is a coffee or tea friendly place so feel free to bring one with you.

They can assist with pre application meetings if someone is thinking of doing something on their property.
They can advise whether people need a planning permit for works.
Also they can advise on the different agencies that may need to be involved in the decision process of a planning application
