Pedestrians are FREE on the the ferry.
The Koala Walk is an easy 1.2 km . It starts in the ferry park
It comes as a surprise to many of our visitors that quite often Koalas can be found in trees close to the ferry. Look up as you reach our Island and just beyond our Ferry shed you may find one of our furry citizens.
Sometimes they can be seen in the trees near the water’s edge by the car park.
Failing that you may have to go for a bit of a walk .To make it easier for you, Islanders have created a KOALA TRAIL.
As you come off the ferry look for the
TOURIST INFORMATION BOARD
The information on this board will guide you through the Koala trail.
